Por tratar-se de um álbum não divulgado em sua totalidade, o album cover é pré-concebido e traz como referência a capa de Multishow ao vivo: Ivete Sangalo 20 anos. O mesmo se repete no CD e na faixa número 13 do DVD, com a imagem de Antonio Carlos Valadares, que utilizou as cores indigo, verde e amarelo para mostrar o desenho de Sangalo, e que também criou o álbum a partir das fotografias de Sangalo, utilizadas pela artista para a capa do CD e da faixa número 13 do DVD. A imagem de Antonio Carlos Valadares ainda é utilizada no CD para a próxima faixa do disco.
Além da produção técnica por Joelma Bastos e Lincoln Olivetti, o álbum também contou com produção de Sangalo e com a participação de outros pequenos prêmios: Aprendiz de Regras: O Aprendiz Segue Sangalo foi produzido pela musicista Ludovit Mestre e contou com a participação de Madlen Silva, que ficou responsável pela partitura e pela trilha sonora. O álbum foi lançado no dia 3 de junho de 2014.[29]

Ryse: Son of Rome was re-released on November 29, 2018 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The re-release includes all previously released downloadable content, in addition to a new set of achievements and trophies.
In February 2017, Crytek announced that Ryse: Son of Rome would be launched in May 2017 as a PS4 exclusive title. This version includes remastered graphics, new audio, and a full suite of improved features.
At E3 2016, Crytek and Deep Silver announced that the Definitive Edition of Ryse will be released for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The reworked version will have a higher resolution and enhanced audio and visual features.
