BIOINFORMATICS - DATA ANALYZES

Since the introduction of next-generationsequencing (NGS) scientists have generated an unprecedented amount of genomic information. However, our ability to comprehensively analyze this huge amount of data is still limited, which makes bioinformatics one of the main bottlenecks in microbiome studies. Here, we provide a set of user-friendly pipelines for microbiome data analyzes.
