It is inhumane to have plastic surgery for the sake of being pretty. What happened to this girl was a reflection of the society that made her do that. She is no longer fat, she's basically a different person now. She's at least used to her new body. She's comfortable in it, and she'd probably tell you if she was ever uncomfortable in it.
