To uninstall the application, go to Applications > Adobe Creative Cloud. Either right-click the software name and select Uninstall, or select Uninstall from the applications' context menu.

To delete the uninstalled application directory, go to Applications > Adobe Creative Cloud. Either right-click the software name and select Delete, or select Delete from the applications' context menu. To confirm that you want to delete the application, you must choose the Delete option. Once you have deleted the application, go to the Applications > Adobe Creative Cloud menu to install the application after you have removed the uninstalled application directory.

Go to the Applications > Adobe Creative Cloud menu again to install the application after you have removed the uninstalled application directory. If you do not do this, the application will be reinstalled every time you run the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.

If you have run the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool before and your serial number has remained the same, you'll be asked to use the same serial number for reinstallation. If you want to reinstall using a different serial number, remove the application first. 827ec27edc
